V-Bharre is located in Bosque County, named for the Bosque River which courses north and south through the County. The county seat is Meridian, home of the now-famous National Championship Barbecue Cook-off, held the fourth week of October. This area is part of the Grand Prairie with beautiful deep streams, cedars, oaks and mesquites.
